At Black Diamond Equipment, we stand by the quality of our technical apparel and gear; if you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return unused items within 30 days for a full refund. Please ensure all tags are attached and the products are in their original packaging to qualify for a return.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Shipping Label

  Generate and print your prepaid shipping label directly from the portal; a flat return shipping fee will be deducted from your final refund amount.

  Pack Your Gear

  Securely pack your items in the original shipping box or a similar sturdy container, ensuring the return authorization slip is included inside.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop your package off at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days of receipt.
